Personality: Shadow has a detached personality. He always seems like his head is in the clouds. Shadow is what you'd call the strong and silent type, always keeping to himself. He's got a thick skin, and you'll seldom see him express strong emotions. He doesn't like being around bubbly, loud, overexcitable people--he finds their personality irritating. That's why he travels alone with his sister. She's the only person that he's ever opened up to. Others never really give him the chance to.

History: His parents left him and his sister earlier than what's normal for wolf families, and since Shadow's only known his sister all his life, she's really like his only friend. What really made him so cold was when he and his sister were almost a year old, and his sister was almost killed by a hunter. He'd nearly given his life to save her, and from that day he pretty much vowed to protect her and stuff. It was that day too that he told himself not to get too close to anyone, because he realized that if he'd lost his sister he would be hopeless. He wouldn't be able to handle the loss of a loved one.
