Training him

OOC: Time skip.

Kestrel looked down the valley, his golden eyes burning. "Perfect.." He muttered, turning around to look for Blue. "Are you still here pup? Come I must show you something."

Blue bounced up to the wolf, curled tail wagging. "What is it?"

"Come pup. I am going to ask you something, nothing more, then we shall begin to train." Kestrel smiled. "Make yourself comfortable."

"Uh, okay." he sat.

OOC: *Cant be bothered to fix spelling mistake*

"Tell me, why do you stay with me? With us?" The white wolf asked.

ooc: I FIXEDED IT FOR JOO.

Blue tilted his head in thought. Why did he stay with them? I mean, when he first heard Kestrel's plot in the church, he was scared. But....but now he was actually joining his pack. Huh. "Uh...." he started. A thought popped into his head. "Well, Cloud told me when I was small that Mother and Father wanted us to grow up to be strong like wolves. To make them proud of us. And, and, and, I wanna make them proud of me." he looked up at Kestrel. "Even though I don't know how they'd know." he grinned. "But still, proud is proud!" he wagged his tail.

"Interesting. I had no idea dogs looked up to our kind so." Kestrel smiled. "Tell me, do you trust me?"

Blue quickly nodded with a shmile. "A'course!"

OOC: Shmile? x3

Kestrel gave a grunt. "Then this is a good place to start. Though you may have a little trust in someone, you must never rely on anyone. See my pack for example. Though I care for them and make sure that they are unharmed, if one was to rebel against me I wouldn't hesitate to slit his or her throat."

Blue listened, kind of frightened. Whoa. "O-okay," he nodded with understanding.

"Right. Come over here a second." Kestrel stood up and paced over to where the land dipped suddenly. A test, to make sure the pup understood.

He followed.

Kestrel gave a smile, and looked down over the edge of the slight drop, as if something interesting was there.

ooc: WELL I AM MUSELESS RIGHT NOW, OKAY?

He peered over the egde as Kestrel did, curious.

Kestrel smircked and aimed a thump at Blue, hard enough to topple him over, but not enough to hurt him.

"GAH!" he fell over, rolling into the dent. "Hey!" he whined, scrabling to his feet and out of the dip. "What was that for?" he demanded, puffing out his chest.

"You must stay alert and know that trechery can come from anywhere." Kestrel showed his startlingly long teeth in a kind of smile.

Blue frowned. "But why would they..." he searched for the right word. Something that sounded grown-up. "...decieve a fellow pack member?" he asked, tilting his head.

"I have no clue. But it can always happen. Remember that." Kestrel stood and fell into a attacking crouch, snarling slightly, thinking of how gladly he would tear the throats out of any of his ex-packmembers. "Show me how you fight kid!"

Blue blinked. "Uh..." he crouched hesitantly, backing away to put distance between them.

Hiro walked up silently, and sat down when he saw a pup being trained by Kestrel. He watched silently.

ooc: If he's not supposed to be here, say so. I'll move him. I honestly have no idea where to post with Hiro first.

Kestrel rolled his eyes. "Surely you can fight? It is esencial in our kind of lives to be able to. It is as important as food, as breathing!"

Blue felt sort of ashamed. Cloud never really taught him how to fight. "No..." he said.

"Very well then. I wll teach you, as will the rest of the pack. I'll have a word with Cloud later..." Kestrel smiled, and then stood.

Hiro stood up and left. He was bored and wondered what to do.
